Shipping and Delivery

Affect Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs).

Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns for unopened items that are in the same condition as sold. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, and returns should be sent to our Affect Cosmetics in Centurion. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned items and confirm they meet the return criteria. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
